How long does my order take to ship?

Each piece listed is made to order unless otherwise specified. Processing time before an item is shipped can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks and occasionally longer. Please read each items description for individual processing times.

All items are sent Priority Mail via USPS. Hyacinth House is not responsible for any loss or damage to a package once it is shipped. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. Please contact me for more details.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

Items that are brand new, without damage or signs of wear can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact me in the contact section to begin a return or exchange. Hyacinth House does not pay for any return shipping fees nor does it refund any original shipping costs.
